Odoo ERP implementation · Singapore and Malaysia
We design, implement, and support Odoo across finance, sales, inventory, purchasing, manufacturing, and customer operations — from process discovery to go-live and continuous improvement.
Applications and integration paths
Core Odoo applications, connected to external systems through governed APIs, webhooks, scheduled exchange, and controlled migration.
Implementation expertise
We translate operating requirements into configured Odoo workflows, integrations, controls, and a supportable release plan.

Odoo workflow demonstration
A sample-data demonstration of checkout, server pricing, member rules, receipts, and the order handoff into Odoo.
The register reads the Odoo catalog, requests the approved checkout price, and creates the order in the validation environment.
Member pricing, points earned, and points redeemed travel with the order being tested.
Receipt layouts support store printers and remain attached to the order for printing and reprinting.

Implementation lifecycle
Each stage has an owner, an agreed output, and a review point before the next commitment.
Map current workflows, roles, controls, exceptions, and the decisions the system must support.
Define the future process, Odoo scope, integrations, data ownership, and acceptance criteria.
Configure standard Odoo first, then add only the extensions required by the agreed operating model.
Clean, map, rehearse, reconcile, and approve the data before production cutover.
Validate complete business scenarios and train users against the workflows they will run.
Control cutover, stabilize operations, resolve issues, and manage the improvement backlog.
Long-term partnership
Named ownership, issue triage, daily visibility, and controlled fixes while the new process settles.
A prioritized backlog tied to business impact, user feedback, and measurable process friction.
Release planning, integration monitoring, documentation, access review, and upgrade readiness.
ERP consultation
We review the current process, Odoo fit, integration boundaries, and delivery risks.
Share your industry, business scope, current systems, priority process, and target go-live date.
