Privacy Policy

Inphinitive (“we”, “us”) builds and integrates the operational software that retail, F&B and logistics businesses run on. This policy explains, in plain terms, what we collect through this website and how we handle it.

01

What we collect

When you contact us through this site, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, company (optional) and the details of your enquiry. We also keep basic, aggregated analytics (such as page views) to understand how the site is used. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
02

How we use it

We use your information for one purpose: to read your enquiry, reply, and scope work if it is a fit. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we don’t add you to marketing lists you didn’t ask for.
03

Data inside client projects

During an engagement we may process data that lives in your systems — orders, catalogues, accounting records and the like. That work is governed by a separate written agreement (NDA and/or data-processing terms). We access only what the work requires, keep it confidential, and remove our access when the engagement ends.
04

Storage and security

Enquiry data is stored on reputable hosting and email infrastructure, with access limited to the people who need it. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure — we don’t ask for sensitive information through this form.
05

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted at any time. Email hello@inphinitive.com and we’ll handle it promptly.
06

Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers to run the business — for example email and hosting. They process data on our behalf under their own terms and only as needed to provide their service. We do not share your details with advertising networks.
