These terms cover your use of this website. By browsing it, you accept them. They are not the contract for an engagement — any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work, which takes precedence over anything here.

Inphinitive provides system integration and custom software services. Descriptions of our work on this site are for general information; specific scope, deliverables, timelines and pricing are always set out in a signed agreement before work begins.

Screenshots and case material are shown with the relevant client’s permission and may be lightly anonymised. They illustrate real systems we built, but past work is not a guarantee of any particular result for a future project.

The content, design and code of this website belong to Inphinitive. Ownership of anything we build for a client — code, designs and deliverables — is determined by that client’s engagement contract, not by these terms.

This website is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, where Inphinitive is based. Any dispute relating to this website will be dealt with by the courts of that jurisdiction. For engagements, the governing law is whatever the relevant agreement specifies.
